In short. You can cancel any time from the Subscription button on the site. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where we charged you in error.
A new account may try one plan free for seven days. No card is taken and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to cancel or refund: the trial ends by itself at the end of the seventh day and never becomes a paid subscription unless you subscribe yourself.
FinChaya offers a paid subscription in two plans: monthly (₹149 a month) and yearly (₹999 a year). Prices are in Indian rupees. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, using the payment method you authorised at checkout, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your bank or card issuer may notify you before each charge. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
If a renewal payment does not go through, Razorpay retries it over the following days. Your access continues for a few days past the end of the paid period while that happens. If the payment still fails, the subscription stops and access ends. Nothing further is charged.
If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Questions about a charge or a cancellation: finchaya2026@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
