Draft. These terms cover mf.finchaya.com as it stands during limited release, including the paid subscription. They will be reviewed before general launch, and replaced before any client onboarding or transaction facility is offered.

By using mf.finchaya.com you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

FinChaya shows what Indian mutual funds actually hold, by looking through to each fund's disclosed portfolio, and sets that beside how each fund has returned against its benchmark and its category. It is a research and educational tool.

This is not investment advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any scheme, and nothing here takes account of your circumstances, goals or risk tolerance. FinChaya is not currently registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst. Decide for yourself, and consider taking advice from someone qualified and registered to give it.

What the figures mean, and what they do not

The holdings shown are each fund's most recently disclosed portfolio. Two consequences follow, and both matter:

Portfolios are disclosed monthly, so what you see is what the fund held at the disclosure date — not necessarily what it holds today.
Every figure on this site describes what has already happened. None of it is a forecast. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future.

Where a category's funds are not genuine peers, no category placing is shown.

Accuracy

Data comes from AMFI, the AMCs' published disclosures and market data providers. We work to keep it correct but cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. The site is provided as it is, without warranties. Verify anything you intend to act on against the scheme's own documents.

Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can reach your FinChaya account. Do not share access, and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

Some features, including the portfolio look-through, the fund screener and the plan builder, are available only to accounts with an active subscription, or that we have enabled for them.

Subscriptions and payments

A subscription is billed monthly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Free trial. A signed-in account that has not had a plan before may try one plan (mutual funds, stocks, or both) free for seven days. It needs no card and no payment, it is limited to one trial for each person (not each account), and it ends by itself at the end of the seventh day: it never turns into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe. We email you on the sixth day to say it is ending and on the eighth day if it has ended without a subscription.
Payments are taken by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription button on the site. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are limited to charges made in error. The full rules are in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before a new price applies.
A subscription is for your own use. Do not share your account.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the site or its API.
Do not republish or resell our data or analysis as your own.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without asking us first.
Do not use the site to present its output as regulated investment advice to others.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Our content

The scoring methodology, the written material and the design of this site belong to FinChaya. Underlying fund and market data belongs to its originators. You may read and reference the site; you may not reproduce it wholesale.

Liability

We are not liable for investment losses, or for any loss arising from decisions made using this site. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change as the service develops, particularly as regulatory registrations are obtained. The date at the top will change when they do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
